Max Sr has been involved in the construction industry for over 30 years and has called Santa Rosa Beach home since 1980. He has developed and built numerous projects over the years in Northwest Florida. He has a Florida State Certified General Contractor License and a Florida State Roofing License.
Max Jr has been involved with the Real Estate Industry for over 20 years and has lived in Blue Mountain Beach since 1997. He manages long term rental property for both MDCI and other clients, as well as the purchase and sale of MDCI properties. He has a Florida Real Estate Broker License.
James has been involved in the construction industry for over 20 years and has lived in Santa Rosa Beach since 1994. He is responsible for estimating and managing all construction projects. He has a Florida State Certified General Contractor License.
